What is the processing time?
 
As of right now our processing time is 1-2 weeks, but your order will likely ship sooner!

Do you accept cancelations?

If you wish to cancel your order you are able to do so within the first 24 hours of purchase. After that point your order won't be refunded or canceled.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

No. However, if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase please email me and we can discuss it! I always want you to love your purchase!

What if I type in the wrong Shipping Address?

Please double check before ordering! If you have the wrong address please email me immediately for this to be sorted at jess@simplyamess.com

Custom Orders?

Sorry, we do not accept custom orders at this time!

Can I make changes to my order?

If you wish to make changes you will need to cancel and repurchase. I cannot adjust your order. Please ensure your order is correct prior to purchasing.

Coupon Codes?

Once an order has been placed I cannot add a code to it. There is only one code allowed per transaction. Join the facebook group, follow on Instagram and/or subscribe to the newsletter to be in the know for coupon codes!

How long will it take for my order to get to me?
 
Once an order has shipped it is out of my control.

Estimated delivery times:
Delivery times vary depending on where you are located. Here are some rough outlines to follow. Please note that these are just estimates and DO NOT include processing times:
Canada: 3-15 business days
USA: 4-20 business days
International: 6-25 business days
